Transforming communities through innovative programs that address education, employment, and sustainable development challenges in Isiala Ngwa North Constituency.
The OCHAKE Free JAMB Initiative is one of Hon. Collins Ugochukwu's flagship programs, demonstrating his commitment to educational development. In the 2025 academic session, he invested ₦3 million to fund JAMB registration for 300 indigenous students from Isiala Ngwa North LGA.
This initiative directly addresses financial barriers that prevent talented students from pursuing higher education, ensuring that bright young minds from the constituency have equal opportunities to access tertiary education regardless of their family's financial situation.
Building sustainable community infrastructure for long-term development
Construction and commissioning of Ahiaorie market square in Usaka Umuofo, Nsulu, providing a much-needed space for local merchants and businesses to thrive. This initiative has revived the community's economy and fostered unity and shared prosperity.
Launched in 2025, the OCHAKE Solar Training program represents our commitment to addressing youth unemployment through sustainable skills development. The program opened registration in October 2025 with training commencing in November, targeting 100 youth applicants across all 10 wards of Isiala Ngwa North Constituency.
This hands-on training initiative focuses on practical solar energy technology skills, equipping young people with the expertise needed to participate in Nigeria's growing renewable energy sector. The program is designed to create immediate employment opportunities while contributing to sustainable community development.
As we approach the Easter celebration, Hon. Collins Ugochukwu (Ochake) will be supporting students of Isi Ala Ngwa North State Constituency who are studying in tertiary institutions across Nigeria with the sum of Ten Million Naira (₦10,000,000.00), in line with the education agenda of the administration of His Excellency, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, Governor of Abia State.
This empowerment is strictly for students of Isi Ala Ngwa North State Constituency in various tertiary institutions across Nigeria. Details regarding eligibility and disbursement modalities will be communicated in due course.
Together, we build. Together, we rise. (OCHAKE)
